Spinning Technology of Chinese Yarn

There are two ways to solve the problem of yarn strength. One method is to use more advanced spinning techniques, such as tight ring spinning technology, to spin yarn suitable for easy to care for fabrics without changing the raw materials.
The second method is to adjust the raw materials and change the yarn structure. 1. Blended yarn
The mixed spinning of two or more fibers mainly adopts the methods of bulk fiber mixing and strip mixing. By combining the original fiber raw materials with other fibers with high strength and modulus, the overall strength of the yarn is increased. This type of composite yarn includes traditional polyester/cotton, polyester/viscose, polyester/wool, as well as polyester/cotton/Tencel fibers, polyester/cotton/cashmere, etc.
2. Composite yarn
Two different fibers are intertwined in a single or long yarn structure, similar to a strand structure, and can be spun on modified fine yarn machines or hollow spindles. There are mainly siro spinning, sirofel spinning, wrapping spinning, core spinning, etc.
